 The tassel tail garlands are about 4-5 feet long. The tassels can be easily moved along the balloon ribbon to provide a more sparse or fuller look depending on your taste.

tassel tails will arrive ready to be attached to your balloon.

We highly encourage that the balloons are coated with hi-float gel at the party supply store because it'll allow the balloon to float longer (duration differs based on temperature, but 3-5 days approx).
