Please NOTE:
- balloons will arrive flat and deflated. You can easily inflate balloons by using a hard straw.

- For a banner, tape balloons to a string by using duck tape. 

-Balloons are REUSABLE! Balloons can be re-inflated once they start to lose air over time. 

-Balloons cannot deflate completely for flat storage.

16" balloons are good for AIR only. 

40" balloons are good for AIR or HELIUM.
