     * 16" letters are for air only, won't float 

     *40" letters are for air or helium

Please NOTE:
- 16" & 40" balloons will arrive flat and deflated. You can easily inflate 16" balloons by using a hard straw.

- For a banner, tape balloons to a string by using duck tape. 

-16" balloons are REUSABLE! Balloons can be re-inflated once they start to lose air over time. 

-Balloons cannot deflate completely for flat storage.
